We’ve been ultra busy this week, and keeping us on our toes are our baby ducks! They came yesterday, along with 19 chickens that we gave to a local homesteader today. We’ll write all about them when we have a moment, but we’ll reveal almost all of their names:

• Macaroni (named by J) – the yellow runner who’s been very brave and inquisitive
• Moonbeam (named by Trish) – the black runner who channels the power of night. And, as you’ll see in the video, tends to just space out.
• Megatooth (named by M) – the biggest khaki campbell with light colored feet, kept her egg-tooth the longest. Generally fearless.
• Mr. Keating (named by Arp) – The bigger of the khaki campbells with black feet. Expects everyone to say ‘Oh Captain, My Captain’ whenever he jumps onto something.
• ? (named by Trish) – Can y’all guess? It’s an ‘M’ name that’s a Seinfeld reference.
