There may be some light at the end of the tunnel too, but I've learned not to count my chickens before they hatch. I have a date in mind too, but I'll reveal that at a later point. I agree with Trish that putting the house on the market in 2008 would be great. We have a lot of crap to get rid of and some beautifying projects to do. In fact, considering all the allergy-prone friends I know, we're determined to have an animal-free guest house wherever we move to! The time-frame?
