I loved this entry and your rationale for letting M use sharp knives. After reading this I let my 7 y.o. hammer away at something and he did fine. Kids are much more capable than we give them credit for and now I will let my kids play with knives (in the kitchen and supervised of course!!).

Thanks,
Kelly

That looks delish! He can cook here anytime!!! My boys like to cook also, especially Mo. He's all about the ingredients. Ryan cooks like me: to EAT.

Mmmmmm

That sounds like so much fun. I'm such a boss in the kitchen, I don't even let other adults in while I'm cooking. It's like my private space to zone into and no matter how fun it sounds, I just can't release my space to let anyone in. Including the kids. LOL
