Obama’s speech was something else. I don’t know if there was another candidate running who could inspire a nation, and perhaps the world. I’m glad he didn’t hold back and give one of the more subdued speeches he gave as the presidential campaign came to a close. At this moment in time, what people need is hope & inspiration, and Obama fulfilled that. I’m curious what, if anything, critics can nitpick.

Yes, the speech was beautiful and inspiring. I truly hope this country changes course in a big way, yet I am very skeptical just given the scope of the problems we face. I do think it can be done, but not without a lot of time and a lot of sacrifice. I will always love my country and today was a very proud day for me. But we’re still moving to Costa Rica,
